Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Clearwater at the Heights team in Houston, TX, a premier senior living community offering Assisted Living and Independent Living services. Qualifications

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.

• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications
