Job description

Per Diem (weekdays) Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in our sub‑acute rehab department located in Jamaica, NY. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Facility is located in Queens, NY and conveniently located to the LIRR St. Albans station. The facility has a 250‑bed capacity with a largely long‑term care Veteran population.

Therapists will perform evaluations, treatments, patient/family education, and caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi‑disciplinary team that works well together. Our rehab department is a close‑knit community of supportive coworkers and supervisors. Hours are flexible. SNF experience is preferred.
