OverviewA Per Diem Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is now available in our rehab department located in North Bellmore, NY. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehab is a 5 Star SNF located in Melville, NY. We are very easily accessible as we are located on the service road of the LIE. Overall, we are a very busy short term rehab and long term care units and you will be treating a blend of both patient populations.
