Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Fort Worth. Flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload help you balance work and life.

You will deliver in-home PT, evaluate mobility and function, implement rehab programs, and educate patients and families. Bonus pay is available, with PTO and holidays included in benefits.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $85 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
