Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Physical Therapist for San Juan Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Farmington, NM. This full-time role emphasizes evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to restore strength, mobility and function.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs, document outcomes, and collaborate with rehab teams for discharge planning. PT license required; 1 year rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• One year experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy license (PT) required.

What we're looking for

• Education: Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Experience: One year experience in rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, OR Speech Language Pathology License
• Certifications: CPR certification required.
