Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implement and modify therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care.

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivystone Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
