Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy for children birth to 21 across homes and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment, while educating families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

We offer guaranteed pay options up to $120,000 annually, caseload-based pay, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical supervision to support your growth and success in pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited therapy program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
• BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
