Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to serve the Denver metro area, including Commerce City and Brighton, in a home health setting. This one-on-one role offers flexibility in your schedule and service areas, with earning potential based on caseload, tenure, and availability.

Responsibilities include providing pediatric PT from birth to 21 in home and community settings, assessing mobility and functional needs, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or related PT degree.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
  • Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings.
  • Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement needs.
  • Develop individualized plans of care that support safety, independence, and meaningful functional progress.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
  • Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.
