Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Ohio to join a team that values your clinical voice and prioritizes patient care. You will provide flexible daytime coverage at Arcola Creek – Madison, OH, delivering individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home programs.

A DPT and active state license (NPTE) are required, with 1 year of PT experience preferred.

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE pass or eligibility.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
