Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Inpatient Rehab (IPR) unit as a flex PRN on-site position. You will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain, while educating patients and caregivers.

Supervision of team members' care and collaboration with the IPR team are required. Minimum education is a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with VA licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with degree in physical therapy.
• Ability to assess and plan rehabilitative programs.
• Experience educating patients and caregivers is a plus.
