A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients of all ages. The role involves assessing patient needs, maintaining documentation, and providing education to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a Physical Therapist license in Kentucky.
The role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
