Job description

Seeking licensed therapists in New York for a 100% remote, PRN/As Needed position with evening and daytime hours (Mon-Fri).

ERC Pathlight is a leading behavioral health provider, treating over 6,000 patients annually across more than 30 facilities in 9 states. We deliver innovative telebehavioral healthcare, specializing in eating disorders, mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with outpatient providers.
• Perform assessments and create support and behavior plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Full independent clinical license in New York.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with individual and family therapy, demonstrating success with common diagnoses.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various patient populations.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years post-licensure experience with mood, anxiety, ED, or trauma disorders.
• Supervisory experience and managing complex cases.
