Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Trophy Club, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care and create personalized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinic staff, document progress, and provide ongoing education on injury prevention and recovery, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth in a modern, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Requires MPT or DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
