Job summary

Palm Garden Rehab - Sun City Center in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to support residents in our post-acute care setting. You will assess new residents, develop and update care plans, guide mobility and therapeutic exercises, and document progress for the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and clear PT license in Florida.
