Job summary

Brookshire Post Acute in Denver, CO is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate with nursing staff to optimize resident outcomes in a supportive culture.

Must hold a current CO PT license; post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus. NetHealth and PointClickCare familiarity is beneficial. Rate is $45–$50 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.
