Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is actively seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Colorado team. You will provide physical therapy services, assess residents, and contribute to individualized treatment plans that help residents regain mobility and independence.

Successful candidates hold a current CO Physical Therapist license; post-acute or SNF experience is a plus. The role features a supportive staff and a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CO.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
