Job summary

Southwest Health is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to provide services for both inpatients and outpatients. In this role, you will address impairments, functional limitations, and health status changes due to various causes. The position involves offering prevention and wellness services to promote health.

Qualifications

• Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing or have compact license privilege to practice in Wisconsin.
• Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Provides physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
