Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced rehab team. You will evaluate and treat residents, collaborate with families and physicians, and document services in medical records.

We offer hourly pay of $40–$50, Birthday Pay, and free continuing education. CPR is preferred and SC licensure is required. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university.
• South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-admissions healthcare setting.
• CPR Certification is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients.
• Communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
