Cooper River Post Acute, a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our rehab team where patient-centered care matters.

We offer $40-$50 per hour, Birthday Pay, free continuing education, advancement & PRN opportunities across our South Carolina sister facilities, with supportive leadership and a collaborative rehab team. Requirements include a degree from an accredited college/university, SC Licensed Physical Therapist, CPR (preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university.
• South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required).
• CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
• Communicates with families, physicians and health team members; conducts in-services for facility staff.

What We're Looking For:
