Cooper River Post Acute, a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our rehab team where patient-centered care matters.
We offer $40-$50 per hour, Birthday Pay, free continuing education, advancement & PRN opportunities across our South Carolina sister facilities, with supportive leadership and a collaborative rehab team. Requirements include a degree from an accredited college/university, SC Licensed Physical Therapist, CPR (preferred).

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
