• Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.

Our Physical Therapists design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accident, and assess progress by being part of their daily lives. What You Will Do

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine needs, develop treatment plans, and set outcomes
• Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or care facilities
• Continuously evaluate evolving patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a VNS Health Rehab Intern

License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State

Valid driver's license required for all areas outside Manhattan borough

Pay Range per Visit:

For all areas other than Bronx, the range is $70 - $75 per visit. For the Bronx, it is $90 - $95 per visit.
