What You Will Do

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine needs, develop treatment plans, and set outcomes
• Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
• Continuously evaluate patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.

Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State.

Valid driver's license required for all areas outside Manhattan.

Pay Range per Visit

The hiring range for the per diem per visit position is:

• $70 - $75 per visit for areas outside Bronx.
• $90 - $95 per visit for Bronx.

Compensation
