We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Contract Massage Therapist to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform 30-60 minute massages for clients by appointment, utilizing various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others as appropriate.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any health conditions that may impact the massage session.
  • Assess clients' bodies to identify areas of tension, stress, or discomfort, and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, as well as recommend stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress evaluations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, with a demonstrated ability to perform a variety of massage techniques effectively.
  • Possession of a valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess client needs and preferences through verbal communication, body language, and other cues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and enjoyable experience for each client.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions, with the ability to adapt massage techniques to address specific client concerns.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of massage therapy practice.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client scheduling preferences.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $95 to $150 per session
