Responsibilities

• Selects and performs PT evaluation procedures, sets goals and treatment plans, reevaluates as patient condition changes.
• Manages resources needed to execute the PT treatment plan.
• Completes PT documentation in the medical record and billing/statistics records.
• Manages PT caseload with efficiency and efficacy.
• Provides clinical supervision and teaching for PT students or staff, plans orientation and coaching.
• Plans and coordinates clinical programs responding to patient needs, technologies, regulations and reimbursement, and communicates with physicians and supervisors.
