Responsibilities

• Completes physical therapy documentation, billing, and statistics per team guidelines.
• Administers tests and measures to establish a plan of care and interventions; communicates information for continuity of care.
• Mentors assistive personnel and delegates responsibilities per licensing guidelines.
• Provides clinical precepting and teaching for students and staff; offers feedback and mentoring.
• Assists in planning and coordinating clinical programs and participates in departmental meetings.
