Job summary

Regency Hospital Company is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled rehabilitation services at Regency Hospital - Oregon. This per diem/coverage position requires flexibility to pick up shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed, with a compensation of $52.00 per hour.

The role includes leading patient assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising PTAs and students, and ensuring thorough documentation and timely discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and monitor responses to treatment.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT/PTA students as assigned.
• Complete documentation per department policies and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.

Minimum Qualifications
