Saint Joseph Health System is hiring a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health in Mishawaka, IN. This full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and day-one benefits. You will assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates are welcome and clinical leadership growth is encouraged within a supportive environment. Weekend flexibility is required to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs.

Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. What You’ll Do
