Qualifications

• Current TX licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.

Job Description:


We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist PRN with expertise in pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy to join our team in Frisco and Carrollton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and dedicated to promoting recovery and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs according to physical therapy principles.
• Educate patients in a 1:1 setting in their homes, with a focus on pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records according to Joint Commission standards.
• Report to the Director of Nursing to coordinate appropriate patient care.
• Attend appointments on time and manage a flexible, part-time schedule.
• Oversee a growing team of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current professional TX licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist (home health experience preferred).
• Experience with pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy.
