Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Physical Therapist with a valid VA PT license
• Strong skills in manual therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and therapeutic exercise
• Ability to treat a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedic and sports injuries, pre-and post-natal care, pelvic floor therapy, foot and ankle dysfunction, and work-related injuries
• A positive attitude, excellent critical thinking skills, and a drive to be a productive team member
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment

• Conduct assessments and evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize manual therapy and other specialized techniques
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies
• Develop and implement progressive therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
