Position Overview

This position is for a Staff Physical Therapist with the intent to transition into our January 2026 Orthopedic Clinical Residency cohort. As part of this pathway, the clinician will:

• Work alongside an experienced OCS-certified mentor
• Maintain full salary and benefits throughout the residency

Participation in the residency program is contingent upon the clinician remaining in good standing and meeting all eligibility requirements as outlined by Athletico’s Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
