Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will develop individualized physical therapy programs, including treatment, planning, implementation, education, re-assessment, and communication to maximize client progress according to the IFSP. Maintaining positive relationships with team members is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services according to treatment plans, evaluate, and record client progress.
  • Report progress to parents and suggest activities to support therapy goals.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to measure progress.
  • Participate in team reviews of client skills.
  • Stay current with professional literature and attend seminars to update skills.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
  • Physical Therapist License in NJ.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
