Position Details

• Full Time Pediatric Physical Therapist - Naperville North

• Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
• Incentives: Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus

About the Role

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Pediatric Physical Therapist for our Naperville North location. Our clinic boasts a strong clinical team including multiple OTs, SLPs, and an onsite PT team for mentorship. We offer an early learning program for young children with Autism, employing a multidisciplinary approach.

The caseload includes children of all ages with torticollis, autism, developmental delay, orthopedic conditions, and more. Opportunities for internal and external continuing education and collaboration across our 12 centers in the Chicagoland area are available.

New graduates are welcome, with mentorship provided through a structured program with gradual caseload increase. We value a collaborative approach and offer opportunities to grow your skills alongside a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, Speech, and ABA.
