Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure as required for location(s).
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services and documents results with patient/family involvement.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and updates plan of care as needed.
• Completes discharge planning with thorough documentation of care and outcomes.
• Manages scheduling, optimizes patient access, and demonstrates empathy in a consumer-driven environment.
• Mentors staff and students, and assists with clinical orientation and training.
