Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers part-time or PRN schedules, with competitive pay and benefits for full-time only items noted in the ad.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities
