Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide therapies in a SNF setting. Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license.

• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.
