Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering therapy to residents. The role focuses on evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.

• Colorado Speech Therapist License (active & unencumbered) required.
• CPR certification as requested.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing Speech Therapy services to residents.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication/swallowing disorders as appropriate.
• Document evaluation, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in the chart.
