Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy in Fargo, ND is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist for evenings to support client stakeholders, educate contacts on our role in injury prevention, and sustain positive outcomes as directed by the Account Manager.

You will document patient interactions, track time utilization, and participate in regular client meetings. The role requires an active PT license, BLS certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the operation state.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding OSHA guidelines related to worker injuries.
• Experience with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention and management.
• Meet health and performance outcomes as determined by the Account Manager.
• Attend regular cadenced meetings with the client and representatives.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client KPIs.
• Document all employee/patient interactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with the client’s HR, Safety, and Wellness teams.
• Schedule, perform, and document evaluations and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs as needed.
• Perform functional job assessments and ergonomic workstation assessments.

Performance Reporting and Communication:

Client On-Site Inquiry Prevention:

Job Requirements and Competencies:

• -Through training, have and maintain thorough understandingof OSHA guidelines relating to recordable
• injuries and the worker’s compensation process
• -Participate in onboarding and onsite training to ensureunderstanding and proficiency of On-Site
