Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist in Arden Hills, MN to build relationships with client stakeholders and educate client contacts on OSSPT’s role in injury prevention and client outcomes. The role requires collaboration with Account Managers, attendance at client meetings, and proactive injury prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Experience with a broad range of patient injuries.
• On-site onboarding and ongoing OSSPT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention and its impact on client outcomes.
• Attend and participate in regularly cadenced meetings with the client.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations and retention.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.

• Schedule, perform and document evaluations and follow-up appointments for workers with injuries.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs.
• Perform functional job and ergonomic workstation assessments as needed.
• Complete required internal team meetings per playbook and internal docs.

Client On-Site Inquiry Prevention:

-Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow upappointments for employees presenting

with occupational and non-occupational issues and injuries

-Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programsbased on the client’s needs, which could

include, depending upon the workplace, stretch programming,new hire education, body mechanics

training, educational presentations or other preventionprograms as created with the Account Manager or

- Perform, as needed, functional job assessments, ergonomicworkstation assessments and

Collaboration and Internal Communication:

-Complete all required internal team meetings as outlined inplaybook, internal documents, etc

Job Requirements and Competencies:

-Through training, have and maintain thorough understandingof OSHA guidelines relating to recordable

injuries and the worker’s compensation process

-Participate in onboarding and onsite training to ensureunderstanding and proficiency of On-Site

Solutions Physical Therapy practices

-Experience working with a wide range of patientinjuries/issues

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge throughattending educational workshops, reviewing

- Current Physical Therapy license for state of operation ingood standing

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED)
