Providence Swedish seeks a Physical Therapist to join the interdisciplinary Pain Services team at Swedish First Hill. You will provide direct clinical services to the outpatient Functional Restoration program and hospital Pain Management suite, collaborating with colleagues to implement patient-centered care.

The role requires licensure in Washington, BLS, and a strong biopsychosocial understanding of chronic pain, with emphasis on Pain Neuroscience Education and orthopedic expertise.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Washington Physical Therapist License required upon hire or active Washington state license/temporary permit
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association required upon hire
• Strong understanding of the biopsychosocial model of chronic pain
• Ability to learn and integrate Pain Neuroscience Education into treatment plans
• Strong orthopedic background
• Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple demands and projects
• Ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations
• Ability to work with groups and develop cooperative relationships with families, patients, physicians and other health care professionals within and outside Swedish
• Ability to work in different settings as system needs require

Responsabilidades
