Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the interdisciplinary Pain Services team at Swedish First Hill. The PT will deliver direct clinical services within outpatient Functional Restoration and hospital-based Pain Management settings.

You will work with a diverse patient population, apply the biopsychosocial model, and integrate Pain Neuroscience Education into treatment plans. Washington licensure or temporary permit is required.
