Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Gratiot, OH, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab to join a Forbes Top 100 hospital. You will evaluate patients, plan care, and provide individual or group therapy in a collaborative setting. Hours: 31, 33, or 40 per week.

Pay: $39.50–$53/hr. Full benefits and a sign‑on bonus. A Degree in Physical Therapy and Ohio license (or eligibility) are required, with at least one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or eligibility.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Outpatient, Home Health).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual therapy to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
