Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist manages, documents, and delivers physical therapy services ethically and cost-effectively, complying with all legal and professional standards. Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting referrals and developing care plans
• Performing assessments and coordinating care with team members
• Leading and directing Physical Therapy Assistants
• Providing skilled interventions tailored to diagnosis and prognosis
• Ensuring safety and cultural sensitivity in care

Additional Responsibilities for Home Health and Aquatics

In home health, plan and reassess treatments, maintain documentation, and report to management. For aquatics, handle pool chemicals and ensure safety in humid, heated environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Effective communication skills in English

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in relevant departments like Aquatics or Hand Therapy
• Special certifications such as Certified Hand Therapist or Water Safety

Additional Requirements

Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Some positions require operating INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicles.
