Job description

PT - Pedi Rehab / Outpatient needed ASAP

Under minimal direction, perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments according to the physician's instructions.

Knowledge of principles, methods, practices, techniques, equipment, and procedures used in physical therapy.

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology sufficient to evaluate and treat patients.

Ability to adjust equipment to suit patient needs.

Effective communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with staff and patients, guiding patients to take responsibility for their treatment and development.

Knowledge of computers.

Requirements include:

1. Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.
3. Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
4. Pediatric outpatient experience, including infant development through adolescents with developmental delays and orthopedic/neuro skills.
5. Acute care experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• SSN and DOB required.
• Work history should not have more than 30 days of gap.
• At least 1 reference in entire work history.
