Fort Worth Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Southwest Fort Worth outpatient team. You’ll deliver evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and post-operative conditions, developing individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent legacy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting 10–12 visits per day.

Your Role:

• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.


• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.


• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.


• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.


• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.


• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.


• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.


• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.


• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
