Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience. Must have a DPT and current state licensure or eligibility; outpatient experience is preferred. Relocation support and ongoing professional development are available.

• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a PT.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations of physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions:Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
