Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist ‐ Outpatient (PT)

Start Date: 6/16/2025   Pay Rate: $1701.95 ‐ $1864.90

Details: PT needed ASAP for 13 weeks. Patients are scheduled Monday ‐ Thursday 8:00 ‐ 5:15 and Friday 8:00 ‐ 12:30. Facility setting: Outpatient. SC license required. 1 year experience preferred.

Additional Information:

• Position will require floating between Cheraw OP PT clinic and Pageland OP PT clinic (CC 478J).
• Number of beds in your facility: N/A for OP setting.
• Preferred experience level: Minimum of 1 year in OP setting.
• EMR system: Epic.
• Scrub colors / dress code: Professional/business casual or solid color scrubs (teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, pink).
• Parking: On-site at OP clinic.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Acute or Outpatient.
• Experience: 1 year.
• Licenses: PT (Compact accepted, copy needed).
• Certifications: BLS‐AHA (copy needed).
• Work history: No more than 90 days gap in the last year. SSN and DOB required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in outpatient setting.
