Job summary

PhysioPartners in Illinois seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a rich outpatient practice. You will deliver 40–50 minutes of one-on-one care, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.

• Strong communication and mentorship mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40–50 minutes one-on-one patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, massage therapists, and trainers.
• Educate patients and document progress to monitor outcomes.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure
• Physical Therapists or new grad clinicians with prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, highly preferred
• Clinician who values patient-centered, individualized care
• PT who enjoys learning and developing clinical expertise
• Collaborative teammate who values communication and mentorship
• New graduates and experienced clinicians with specialty experience (Pelvic Health, Vesitbular, etc.) encouraged to apply
