Concierge Physical Therapy, LLC is actively hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, full-hour evaluations, and clinical autonomy to ensure quality, not quantity.

New graduates are welcome and mentorship is a core focus, including CPT LAB education and structured growth opportunities across Sports Medicine, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehab, and more. Relocation assistance is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• DPT or PT master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on meaningful patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
• Collaborate with PTAs, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
