Job summary

Concierge Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our expanding Massachusetts practice. The role combines direct patient care with mentorship, clinical leadership, program development, and community outreach.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, generous continuing education reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package across Hopkinton, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, and Sutton, MA, with future locations planned.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Interest in mentorship, education, and professional development.
  • Specialty certifications welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
  • Develop and manage individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered outcomes.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation within PROMPT EMR.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical quality initiatives.
  • Mentor newer clinicians and students.
  • Participate in recruiting and retention initiatives.
  • Support clinical education and development programs.
  • Assist with specialty program growth and development.
  • Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities.
  • Help strengthen CPT's culture and clinical excellence.
