Concierge Physical Therapy, LLC, a Doctor of Physical Therapy-owned outpatient orthopedic practice, seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will deliver one-on-one care with full hour evaluations and clinical autonomy to ensure high-quality outcomes.

New graduates welcome; we offer mentorship, a structured CPT LAB education program, and generous CE reimbursement. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Commitment to outpatient orthopedic care and patient experience.
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on meaningful outcomes.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PTAs and staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and fellow clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (New Grads welcome to apply)
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
