Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics to join a supportive, PT-led clinic in Lansing, MI. The role offers mentorship, professional development, and career pathways with 25–29 hours per week.

New graduates and NPTE passers are welcome, with opportunities to grow in specialty areas, participate in documentation efficiency, and contribute to a patient-centered care model in a private, locally owned practice.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT).
• Licensed in Michigan or eligible for licensure.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on goals and findings.
• Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular rehab.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with therapists, assistants, and referring providers.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
